Our Seattle Storm won the 2010 WNBA Championship title Thursday night. The Storm swept through the all the playoff rounds 7-0 and had a 35-6 season!!! What a culmination of an awesome season! Friday afternoon they arrived back in Seattle.

As I entered Sea-Tac terminal, I received a Facebook post from Sue saying she just saw the Storm players deplane as she was waiting to leave for Atlanta at the jet-way! She took an iPhone video which I posted on youtube and her Facebook page here.

"What a Parade and Celebration! Listening to Freddie Mercury sing we are the champions was way cool. The players and owners were all humble and thankful to fans. Way cool humans! Way cool team! One of the greatest ever. Great athletes and great champions! And the players refused to move to Oklahoma. They are OUR TEAM and everyone should stand up for them like they stood up for the people of Seattle when our teams were being moved. They are great Pro athletes setting a great example to people. Right after going around for the team pictures, they announced to look under your seat and if you see a cutout of a team player take it courtside for a personal after celebration photo shoot with that player!!

HEY!! I HAVE THAT CUT OUT. IT'S OF ABBY BISHOP BUT I IT DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS FOR.... I WAS GOING TO PUT IT IN MY POCKET AS MEMORABILIA BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO RUIN IT WITH ALL THE STANDING AND SITTING SO IT SET IT DOWN WITH ALL THE OTHER STORM STUFF I BROUGHT........

SO WHERE WAS IT? I COULDN'T FIND IT!! I LOOKED TO THE ROW BEHIND ME AND THE COUPLE BEHIND ME BOTH POINTED TO THE MAN NEXT TO THEM... I ASKED THAT MAN "EXCUSE ME, DID YOU TAKE MY ABBY BISHOP CUTOUT OFF MY SEAT?" THE GUY GAVE ME A "WHAT? I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT." THE COUPLE NEXT TO THEM SAID TO ME "YES HE DID WE SAW HIM TAKE IT". SO I ASKED HIM AGAIN AND ONCE AGAIN HE PLAYED DUMB. I ASKED HIM ONE MORE TIME AND THEN HE LEFT. I STARTED TO FOLLOW HIM BUT THEN I FIGURED KARMA WILL PLAY OUT.......

....THEN I KICKED MYSELF ALL NIGHT LONG FOR NOT CALLING IN AN USER...
